ATTENBOROUGH COURT EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS

The team of Eric Stotts Architect and Castone Construction recently completed this exterior re-clad of a sixteen unit condominium complex in Halifax. Prepainted wood vertical shiplap siding, combined with white high density fibre cement panels were employed to completely transform the aesthetic and street presence of the four buildings. The addition of covered “porches” enhances the individuality of each unit and provides much-needed protection from the elements - enhancing the buildings’ durability and longevity
